  • Same problem here, put in username and password and nothing happens. Have access to mysonicwall, no problem there.
  • This happens regularly on Edge and Chrome, if you refresh the page it will make you log in again and is usually ok at this point. This has been an ongoing issue for years, even with the old management interface.
  • It would be nice if that was the answer but it's not. Simple setup, with laptop and TZ0270 on the same subnet, which is the same subnet as the config I'm importing and I still get this error. It pretty much bricks the thing, just keeps throwing "An error has occurred but the cause cannot be determined at tis time".…
  • The biggest problem with this whole "Tenant" setup is you cannot move parts of a product from one tenant to another. In the case of CC licenses we prefer to buy in bulk to get the best rate and then allocate licenses to respective clients as needed. This is currently not possible. You can only transfer the entire product…
